Manage your Subscription

I have a subscription, but I get a message saying that there’s no account. What should I do?

Very occasionally an account is not created when a customer subscribes. If it happens to you, please contact [email protected]. The account will then be linked to the subscription.

Can I cancel or pause my subscription?

Yes, you can skip, pause or cancel at any time, before the subscription has renewed. Just log in to your account and click on the “more” button, there you’ll find the options.

How do I modify the frequency of my orders?

Just log in to your account and click on the “more” button, and then click "edit frequency". If the frequency you'd like is not an option or you'd like help from the team send us an email to [email protected]

How do I add products to my recurring order?

Log in to your account and click on the “edit products” button, there you’ll be able to modify the quantity of your current products or add new ones to your subscription.

I want products to come at a different frequency

Log in to your subscription and click the "more" button, then click on split subscription. Select the products that you'd like to come at a different frequency and click split. If you need help send us an email to [email protected]

Need to change the date on my next delivery

Log in to your subscription and click the "next order date" button, and choose the date of when you'd like the order to renew. This is useful for when you are going on holiday and need to update the order date, if you are not sure when you'd like the
