Why has only part of my order been delivered?Updated a year ago

Most of our products are bulky, and we need to send them in separate boxes. Sometimes Royal Mail doesn't take all the boxes in the same delivery run. If the rest of your order hasn't turned up within two days of the other bits drop us an email on [email protected] and we will sort it out for you. Please include the order number and the items you are missing on the email.
